Instructions for selection of H-type safety sliding contact line of crane

while considering safety, beauty and practicality, the voltage drop on the feeding sliding contact line of crane shall reach less than 5% of the rated voltage drop

single phase AC: △ =2 × Lg × L × Z

z= guide rail impedance (Ω/M) (refer to the technical parameter table)

r= guide rail impedance (Ω/M) (refer to the technical parameter table)

when power is supplied at the end of the sliding contact line, l is taken as the actual sliding line length l=l

with the development of scientific skills, L/2 is taken when power is supplied at the middle of the sliding contact line: l=l/2

when power is supplied at 1/4 of both ends of the sliding contact line, L/4 is taken as l=l/4

when power is supplied at the middle and both ends of the sliding contact line, l = L/6 is taken as l = L/6

except for the voltage, current In addition to the power supply point, the ambient temperature of the crane, the type of lifting (task temporary load rate -jc%) and some other special conditions shall also be considered
